About the wine

Piedmont Pinot Blanc dry 2023 grows directly behind the manor house in the Filzener Pulchen vineyard and impresses with a clear, fine Pinot Blanc aroma at a low alcohol content.

A delicate bouquet with aromas of ripe citrus fruits such as grapefruit, along with yellow apple and Williams Christ pear, with slightly yeasty-nutty hints, herbal notes and cold smoke. On the palate, the wine is consistently dry and balanced with fine melt, moderate acidity, slightly mineral hints and a long mineral finish. A brilliant Pinot Blanc to accompany asparagus in the classic way with browned butter. If you've had enough of rich, high-alcohol Pinot Blancs and are looking for a light, easy-drinking Pinot Blanc, you've come to the right place!

Gerlinde Klein
über: Piedmont Pinot Blanc dry 2023
"Claus Piedmont's dry Pinot Blanc 2023 challenges all the rich and full-bodied Pinot Blancs with heavy wood and alcohol. It presents itself in a typically Saar-like, light and playful way with fine fruit and herb aromas on the nose and a silky melt-in-your-mouth texture on the palate. A Pinot Blanc with great drinkability is hard to find – here it is. The perfect terrace wine for summer, where a glass or two extra are always welcome!"

Answer

By default we ship our wines with UPS. If you would like delivery by another shipping service provider or by express shipping, please ask us and we will inform you about the additional fees incurred.

We deliver to the following countries:

Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain.

Shipping to other countries is possible upon request.

By placing orders in multiples of 3 (e.g., 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 bottles), you help us to use packaging materials and transport capacities efficiently. Our largest shipping carton holds 18 bottles. However, it is not necessary to strictly adhere to these packaging sizes. You can order any number of bottles.

You can order from us even with just a single bottle, and there is no minimum order value required.

It doesn't matter whether it's a business trip, vacation or other appointments - something can quickly come up and you can't take the desired order. If you still want to secure the wines that are particularly in demand, complete your order and leave us a note in the comment field from which date you can receive the wines. Then we will schedule the shipment accordingly.

It is important to us that our Saar wines reach you in the best possible condition. Therefore, in midsummer and winter, we always keep an eye on the temperatures before shipping and only ship the wines when the temperatures allow it again without danger. If you still want immediate shipping (at your own risk), please write us a short note in the comment field.

payment

In addition to prepayment, PayPal and credit card (VISA / Mastercard), you can also choose to pay by invoice with Klarna. Of course, regular customers can also order on account with us.

Delivery according to § 4 in conjunction with § 6a UStG. To order, simply place your order for the desired wines in the shop as usual (you will see the regular gross prices) and enter your VAT ID in the shopping cart under "Order Note" . Complete the purchase process and select "Invoice" as the payment method . After successful verification of your VAT ID, we will issue your invoice retrospectively without German VAT and send it to you along with the proof of delivery. The proof of delivery documents the receipt of the goods abroad and must be returned signed to our email address info@vinothek-der-saar.de.

Return and Refund

If you notice a corky taste, please keep the cork and contact us. After making arrangements, you can then send the cork to our address in Saarburg. We will investigate the case, inform the winery, and then replace the affected bottle for you.

Should the wine arrive damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will clarify the damage with UPS and either arrange a replacement delivery for you or issue you a credit.

If the UPS tracking stops and your delivery is lost, we will initiate an investigation to resolve the problem. Please do not hesitate to contact us in this case.

If your delivery contains the wrong wine, please contact us directly. Please let us know which wine is missing and which one was delivered instead. We will then arrange for the correct wine to be sent and discuss with you whether you would like to return the incorrect bottle or keep it, for which we will gladly make you an offer.

The clear crystals in your wine are tartrate crystals. These crystals form through the crystallization of potassium bitartrate, a natural component of wine that can form during the aging process. Tartrate crystals are completely harmless and do not affect the taste or quality of the wine. You can simply let the crystals settle and pour carefully, or remove them by decanting.
