About the wine

"Stefan Müller Niedermenniger Sonnenberg Spätburgunder dry 2022 shows that excellent red wines can also be grown in the so-called valley. I regret that Stefan Müller decided against declaring the wine as a Réserve Edition... but his modesty makes him all the more likeable! Good for you, because here you get an excellent Pinot Noir for a very small price, which in my opinion easily outperforms the powerhouse Spätburgunder Réserve 2018 (14.5% vol.!)!"

We will then arrange for the correct wine to be sent and discuss with you whether you would like to return the incorrect bottle or keep it, for which we will gladly make you an offer.

The clear crystals in your wine are tartrate crystals. These crystals form through the crystallization of potassium bitartrate, a natural component of wine that can form during the aging process. Tartrate crystals are completely harmless and do not affect the taste or quality of the wine. You can simply let the crystals settle and pour carefully, or remove them by decanting.
